ProductWallah is a digital learning platform for Product Managers and people interested in product management.

Content may be organised into:

• Tracks
• Blueprints
• Modules
• Learning cards
• Free resources
• Assessments
• Collections and saved content
• Other digital learning formats introduced by ProductWallah

ProductWallah provides educational content and practical learning resources. It is not a university, accredited educational institution, recruitment agency, or professional-certification authority.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase a product, or use account-based ProductWallah services.

By using ProductWallah, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
• The information you provide is accurate
• Your use of ProductWallah will comply with applicable law
• You will comply with these Terms

If you use ProductWallah on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Some ProductWallah features require an account.

We may request additional verification where necessary to protect accounts, payments, content, or users.

ProductWallah may offer free and paid Blueprints, Tracks, bundles, collections, and other digital products.

A purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access the purchased product through ProductWallah, subject to these Terms.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its content or intellectual property to you.

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise:

• Access is provided only through the ProductWallah platform
• Purchases are for individual use
• Access cannot be transferred to another account
• Content cannot be exported as a PDF or other standalone publication
• ProductWallah may improve, reorganise, correct, or update content
• Content availability depends on the continued operation of ProductWallah

Any reference to “lifetime access” means access for as long as ProductWallah continues to operate and is legally and technically able to provide that product. It does not mean the lifetime of an individual user.

PM Vault or another bundled collection may provide access to multiple ProductWallah products.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the purchase page:

• Access applies only to the content included in the collection when it is purchased
• Future products, editions, collections, or separately released materials are not automatically included
• ProductWallah may clearly offer future additions separately
• Access remains personal and cannot be transferred

The product description displayed during purchase will determine the specific content included in an order.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated.

Before completing a purchase, you are responsible for reviewing:

• The selected product
• The price
• Any applicable discount
• PRO Credits applied
• The final payable amount
• The access included with the purchase

Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another authorised payment provider. Payment providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies.

A purchase is considered complete only after:

• The payment has been successfully authorised or captured
• ProductWallah has verified the transaction
• The corresponding entitlement has been added to your account

If payment is deducted but access is not provided, contact amanpal2370@gmail.com with the order or payment reference.

ProductWallah may correct pricing errors and cancel an affected transaction. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled transaction, the amount collected will be refunded through an appropriate method.

ProductWallah may allow eligible users to earn and redeem PRO Credits.

Unless ProductWallah expressly changes the programme:

• Paid purchases may earn PRO Credits equal to 10% of the eligible amount, rounded according to the platform’s calculation rules
• PRO Credits expire 12 months after they are earned
• Credits may be used for up to 20% of an eligible cart value
• The minimum payable amount after applying credits is ₹49
• Credits have no cash value
• Credits cannot be withdrawn, sold, transferred, or exchanged for money
• Credits may not be earned on amounts paid using credits
• Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or reversed transactions may result in related credits being cancelled or recovered
• Credits may be subject to product or transaction eligibility rules displayed during checkout

ProductWallah may modify or discontinue the PRO Credits programme. Changes will not unfairly remove credits already earned before their stated expiry date, except where credits were obtained through error, fraud, misuse, a refunded transaction, or a violation of these Terms.

ProductWallah may offer discounts, coupons, free resources, or limited-time promotions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Offers cannot be exchanged for cash
• Offers cannot be transferred or combined
• Eligibility may be limited by product, account, period, or availability
• ProductWallah may withdraw an offer before a qualifying purchase is completed
• Misuse of an offer may result in cancellation of the discount or transaction

A price reduction introduced after your purchase does not entitle you to a retrospective refund or credit.

ProductWallah sells digital content that may become available immediately after successful payment.

Accordingly, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once access has been provided.

A refund may be considered where:

• Payment was collected more than once for the same order
• Payment was successfully captured but the purchased access was not provided
• A technical failure attributable to ProductWallah prevents access and cannot be resolved within a reasonable period
• ProductWallah cancels a paid order
• A refund is required under applicable law

Refunds will not ordinarily be provided because:

• You changed your mind
• You did not use or complete the content
• You expected a different format after the product format was disclosed
• You purchased the wrong product
• You did not achieve a particular interview, career, salary, business, or learning outcome
• You lost access because of a material violation of these Terms
• A product was subsequently discounted
• You already knew some or all of the concepts covered

Refund requests must be sent to amanpal2370@gmail.com with the registered email address and relevant order details.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or bank.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer law.

ProductWallah may provide progress tracking, bookmarks, libraries, collections, assessments, and other personalised features.

We aim to maintain these features reliably, but we do not guarantee that:

• Progress will always be available without interruption
• Browser-stored information will remain after cookies or local storage are cleared
• Every feature will remain unchanged
• Saved information can always be recovered
• Features will work on every device or browser

You should not treat learning progress, bookmarks, or assessment results as an independently certified academic record.

You may use ProductWallah only for lawful, personal learning purposes.

You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit ProductWallah content
• Share screenshots, recordings, card content, credentials, or purchased access in a way that substitutes for purchasing the product
• Download, scrape, crawl, index, archive, or extract content using automated tools
• Use ProductWallah content to create a competing product, training programme, database, course, website, or publication
• Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or ownership notices
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the platform
• Circumvent payment, access, entitlement, usage, or security controls
• Introduce malware, harmful code, or disruptive activity
• Test platform vulnerabilities without written permission
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use ProductWallah for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes
• Collect information about other users without permission

Limited personal notes created while learning are permitted. Any broader reproduction or commercial use requires prior written permission from ProductWallah.

ProductWallah and its original content, including its:

• Blueprints
• Tracks
• Modules
• Learning cards
• Frameworks
• Assessments
• Written material
• Visuals
• Branding
• Interface
• Software
• Product structure and presentation

are owned by or licensed to ProductWallah and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

“ProductWallah” and associated branding may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without prior written permission.

Third-party names, trademarks, examples, and terms, and references remain the property of their respective owners.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, support information, or other material, you confirm that:

• You have the right to provide it
• It does not violate another person’s rights
• It is not unlawful, misleading, harmful, or malicious

You retain ownership of original material you submit.

You grant ProductWallah permission to use feedback and suggestions to operate and improve the platform without an obligation to compensate you. We will handle personal data associated with submissions according to our Privacy Policy.

ProductWallah provides educational information and does not provide guaranteed professional, recruitment, legal, financial, or business advice.

Examples, frameworks, templates, assessments, and recommendations may need to be adapted to your circumstances.

ProductWallah does not guarantee:

• Employment or interview selection
• Promotion or salary growth
• Admission to an educational programme
• Certification or professional recognition
• Business, revenue, or product outcomes
• Mastery of a skill
• Accuracy or suitability for every situation

Your decisions, applications, interviews, work output, and outcomes remain your responsibility.

ProductWallah may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment, authentication, hosting, analytics, or external resource providers.

We do not control every third-party service and are not responsible for its:

• Availability
• Security
• Accuracy
• Content
• Terms
• Privacy practices
• Actions or omissions

Your use of a third-party service may be governed by separate terms and policies.

We aim to keep ProductWallah available and functional, but access may occasionally be interrupted because of:

• Maintenance
• Updates
• Security requirements
• Service-provider failures
• Internet or infrastructure problems
• Events outside our reasonable control

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue platform features or free content.

For paid products, we will take reasonable steps to preserve access or provide an appropriate remedy where a material discontinuation substantially affects the purchased product, subject to applicable law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available operation.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that:

• These Terms have been materially violated
• Access or content has been shared without permission
• Fraudulent or abusive activity has occurred
• A payment has been reversed or disputed improperly
• Platform security or another user is at risk
• Continued access would violate applicable law
• The account was created or used through false information

Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

You may stop using ProductWallah at any time. You may request account deletion by emailing amanpal2370@gmail.com.

Account deletion or termination does not automatically create a right to a refund. Terms concerning payments, intellectual property, liability, disputes, and accrued rights will survive termination where relevant.

ProductWallah is provided on an “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that:

• The platform will always be uninterrupted or error-free
• All content will remain permanently available
• Every error will be corrected immediately
• The platform will meet every user’s expectations
• Educational content will produce a particular result
• The platform will be compatible with every device or system

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProductWallah and Aman Pal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from use of or inability to use the platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded, ProductWallah’s total liability relating to a paid product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability resulting from fraud, wilful misconduct, or another non-excludable legal obligation.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate ProductWallah for reasonable losses, claims, liabilities, or expenses resulting from:

• Your unlawful use of the platform
• Your material violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of another person’s intellectual-property or legal rights
• Content or access distributed through your account without authorisation

This provision does not require a consumer to compensate ProductWallah for matters not lawfully attributable to that consumer.

We will review valid complaints and respond within the period required under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Before initiating formal proceedings, you and ProductWallah should first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting amanpal2370@gmail.com and allowing a reasonable opportunity for resolution.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection rights, courts located in Chandigarh, India will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to ProductWallah or these Terms.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from approaching a competent consumer commission or exercising another right available under applicable law.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in:

• ProductWallah’s services
• Commercial policies
• Technology
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Security or operational practices

The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Material changes affecting existing paid access will apply prospectively unless a different application is required by law or is reasonably necessary for security.

Continuing to use ProductWallah after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

If ProductWallah does not immediately enforce a provision, that does not waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the applicable product description, and any policies displayed during checkout constitute the agreement between you and ProductWallah concerning your use and purchase of the relevant services.

If a product page contains a specific term that conflicts with a general provision in these Terms, the specific product term will apply to that purchase to the extent of the conflict.
