ProductWallah respects your privacy and is committed to handling your personal data responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices available to you when you use the ProductWallah website, learning platform, products, and related services.

ProductWallah is operated by Aman Pal. In this policy, “ProductWallah,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Aman Pal operating ProductWallah.

We may collect information you submit while using ProductWallah, including:

  • PRO Credits earned, redeemed, or expired

Some reading progress or interface preferences may also be stored in your browser.

Payment information

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay.

ProductWallah does not directly store your complete card number, UPI PIN, banking password, or other sensitive payment credentials. The payment provider may collect and process payment information according to its own privacy policy.

We may receive and retain limited transaction information, including:

  • Payment or order reference
  • Transaction status
  • Amount and currency
  • Product purchased
  • Customer name or email provided during checkout
  • Date and time of the transaction

ProductWallah does not currently send marketing emails or WhatsApp messages.

We do not sell your personal data.

Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw that consent by contacting us. Withdrawal will not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.

  • Save progress and bookmarks
  • Understand platform usage

We may share limited personal data with providers that help us operate ProductWallah, including providers of:

Current technology providers may include Supabase, Razorpay, Lovable, and their supporting infrastructure providers.

These providers may process information only in connection with the services they provide and are governed by their own contractual and privacy obligations.

  • To investigate fraud, security incidents, or violations of our terms
  • To protect the rights, safety, or property of ProductWallah, its users, or others

6. Data storage and international processing

Your information may be stored or processed through service providers whose infrastructure is located in India or other countries.

Where personal data is processed outside India, we will take reasonable steps to use providers and arrangements consistent with applicable data-protection requirements and any restrictions notified by the Government of India.

  • Preserve learning progress and platform functionality
  • Complete transactions and resolve payment disputes

Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and why it was collected.

When information is no longer required, we may delete or anonymise it. Some information may remain in secure backups for a limited period before being removed through standard backup cycles.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse.

No online service or storage system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and informing us if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

10. Account deletion

You may request deletion of your ProductWallah account by emailing amanpal2370@gmail.com.

Deleting your account may permanently remove access to:

  • Purchased content
  • Learning progress
  • Bookmarks
  • Saved resources
  • PRO Credits
  • Account-linked order history visible within the platform

Certain payment, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal records may still be retained where required or permitted by law.

Before completing an account-deletion request, we may ask you to verify your identity and confirm that you understand its effect on previously purchased digital content.

11. Service communications

ProductWallah may send essential messages concerning:

  • Account registration and authentication
  • Payments and purchases
  • Account or payment security
  • Customer-support requests
  • Material changes to the platform or its policies

These messages are necessary for operating the service and are not promotional communications.

12. Age eligibility

ProductWallah is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe that a person under 18 has provided personal data to ProductWallah, contact us at amanpal2370@gmail.com so that we can review and delete it where appropriate.
